Your Responsibilities

You will play a key role in managing the following tasks:

• Assist with guest inquiries
• Coordinate guest services
• Resolve guest complaints during the night
• Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members
• Creating detailed project documentation and reports
