Your Responsibilities

Your primary tasks as a College it helpdesk intern will include:

• Diagnose applications
• Assist users
• Monitor systems
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring key performance metrics and delivering reports
• Managing resource allocation and project budgets effectively
