We’re looking for a Customer success agent at Gold Standard Ventures based in Dakar, Senegal. In this role, your responsibilities will include Manage calls, Resolve problems, Guide accounts, and additional tasks that are vital to meeting the company's objectives. We need someone with skills in Call management, Problem resolution, and Account guidance, who is capable of producing excellent results in a challenging and rapid-paced setting.
