As a part of this position, you'll be managing Lead peer mentoring programs after school, Develop leadership skills, and Help students support each other academically, along with other tasks that support the company's goals. The ideal candidate will possess Skilled in facilitating peer mentoring programs, Expertise in leadership development, and And ability to help students support each other academically, and be able to excel in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
