Responsibilities

As a key player at Lighthouse Ventures, you will take charge of the following responsibilities:

• Provide instruction
• Train on water safety
• Develop safety programs
• Providing detailed feedback to team members on their performance
• Leading client meetings to discuss project updates

Required Skills

The Water safety instructor role requires the following skills:

• Water safety training

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong presentation skills
